You can select a removable denture that sits atop your gums or a fixed denture anchored with implants.

Partial Denture:

With a partial denture, you can keep your healthy, natural adjacent teeth while replacing missing or damaged teeth. A partial is similar to a bridge, but instead of being permanently attached to adjacent teeth, a partial is secured with clasps that slip over the adjacent teeth. You must remove the partial every night to clean it.

Flexible Partial Denture:

A flexible partial denture is made from a gum-colored, lightweight, comfortable material. Since it's the same color as your gums, it's almost invisible, so no one will notice that you're wearing a denture.

Implant-Supported Denture:

Rather than resting atop your gums like a traditional denture, implant-supported dentures are secured by implants. The number of implants needed will vary depending on the number of teeth the denture is replacing. Implant-supported dentures are available in several options. They can be removable or permanently installed. They can be bar-retained, meaning they have clips attached to a metal bar. They can be ball-retained, which means they have ball-shaped sockets and attachments that connect directly to the implant. Some of these are removable, so you'll need to remove them nightly for cleaning. Yet another type of implant-supported denture is permanently attached to the implants and isn't removable. This is a popular option because it means your replacement teeth are always in your mouth. You can eat, speak, chew, and perform all the functions you would with your natural teeth, but have no concerns that your dentures will slip or fall out.

All-on-4 Dentures use four Nobel Biocare dental implants to secure the denture with two placed at an angle. This provides additional support for the denture and provides more biting power.
